Thomas Andrew to license artwork to Baton Rouge company       BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, June 16 / --  Artist Thomas Andrew, who is quickly becoming the premier angel painter in the United States, announces a partnership with Baton Rouge, LA spiritual decor marketing company, Virgins, Saints & Sinners.  The partnership will allow VSS to reproduce eight Andrew designs on a variety of home accessory products. The Baton Rouge company will also market and sell a limited edition series of original Andrew works to the retail trade.       The partnership was conceived after Thomas Andrew met VSS co-owners Donna Fussell and Tina Bordelon at the January 2007 market in Atlanta.
